Summer Youth Camp:

Summer Youth Camp was held in Tachileik, Shan State on April 13-16, 2017. The Camp was joyfully attended by 218 youths. The Camp was organized and led by Pastor Meng Hau, some SEABC students and church leaders. The Camp leaders powerfully preached and taught the
Gospel especially for those who did not have the assurance of Salvation; Christians living for those who are already true born again believers. By God’s grace, some of the young peoples came to faith in Jesus Christ and 17 of them were baptized (Believer’s Water baptism). Bro. Awl Lian (SEBC alumni) is one of the leaders and they plan to hold a Gospel Meeting/New Life Training for one week at a village in this month May. Please pray with us for the Gospel revival that many lost souls who are heading to Hell will turn to Eternal Heaven by accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord (John 14:6; John 3:16; Heb. 2:3).

Summer Children Camp in Kale town:

Summer Children Camp was successfully conducted by Ms. Man Neel, some SEABC Students and Sunday School teachers at Leipi, Kale town, Sagaing Division on April 24th – 29th, 2017. The Camp was joyfully attended by 200 Children. We preached and taught the
Salvation message with visual pictures and actions. By God’s grace, out of those, 124 Children accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord during the Camp. Praise the Lord! We need your continuous prayers for the follow up works for the spiritual growth of those kids who accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. And also please pray with us for the Gospel Outreach we are doing together
(SEABC & CEF Kalay Town) and the Salvation of millions of Children especially in the Buddhist Land of Myanmar. Thank you so much for your prayers and partnerships in the Lord’s ministry.

Praying Partners #59 – March Newsletter

New Converts & Water Baptism:

By God’s grace, 6 new converts from a slum area of Yangon took believer’s baptism (Water Baptism) on March 11, 2017. One of them, named Daw Mar Lar is Hindu background. The other five peoples were also non-Christians. They now became true members of God’s family by accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Please pray with us for the follow up work and the spiritual growth of these new converts and other believers from this house church.

Children Camp at Taung-philar:

Children Camp was successfully held at Taung-philar, Kale District, Sagaing Division on March 6 – 11, 2017. The Camp was joyfully attended by 131 children. Ms. Mercy Man En Cing (a 3rd year student of SEA Bible College) and five Sunday School teachers taught the Word of God (Salvation message, Christian life, etc.) and Sunday School songs/action songs, etc. By God’s grace, 20 children accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.

Children Camp in Kan-Oo Village:

Children camp was held at Kan-Oo village, Kale township on March 8-10, 2017. The camp was joyfully attended by 85 children. Most of the children are from Roman Catholic background. SEA Bible College students – Ms. Cing Man Dim and A-te-lay, and some CEF teachers taught the Salvation message. By God’s grace, 15 of them accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Out of those 15 new converts, 8 of them are Roman Catholic background. Please pray for the follow up work for those new converts. To God be the glory!

Children Camp in Dawae Town:

Another Children Camp was held at Dawae town, Tanintharyi Division, on February 28th– March 4th, 2017. The Camp was attended by 42 children, and led by some SEABC alumni named Mr. Aung Yin, Mr. Suang Za Khai, Mary Phaw Say, and Ms. Lydia En Cing (a faculty member of SEABC) and Ms. Ziau Pi. The Camp leaders taught the Salvation message (John 3:16); Seed (Luke 8:4-15), Songs, Dramas, etc. All the children were wonderfully blessed and built up by the teachings of the Camp leaders.

Women Seminar:

Mrs. Susanna Vung and Mrs. Ma Mang (3rd year student of SEABC) led the Women Seminar held at Suhtaung-kone, Naga Hills, Homalin township, Sagaing Division on January 27-29, 2017. The Seminar was joyfully attended by 115 women. Mrs. Sunna Vung preached and taught the Gospel and Christian Life. By the work of the Holy Spirit and the power of the Gospel, 35 women accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord during the Seminar. Praise the Lord!

Summer Children Camp in Tuikhal:

This camp was held at Tuikhal, Khampat township, Sagaing Division from March 23-25, 2016. The camp was effectively and successfully led by SEABC students and some staffs of Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) from Kalamyo, was joyfully attended by over 300 children. By God’s grace and the power of the Gospel, more than 40 of them accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Praise the Lord! Please continue to pray for the spiritual growth of those new converts and other children who already have the assurance of Salvation in Christ.

Summer Children Camp at Tahan, Kalemyo (March 28-30, 2016)

This camp was held at Tahan, Kalemyo, from March 28 – 30, 2016 and over 80 children attended the camp. SEABC students and staffs from CEF powerfully taught the Word of God and by God’s grace, over 20 of them came to faith in Jesus Christ.

Thank you very much for all your continued prayers and supports for SEA Bible College where we train young people to be faithful followers of Christ as to do His Great Commission (Luke 9:23, Matt. 28:19).

Please pray for more Summer Youth/Children Camps being held and to be held in different parts of Myanmar in April and May, 2016.

Dear Valued Praying Partners,

Thank you so much for all your prayers and partnerships. I am sending the last reports on Summer Camps.

Prayer Request:

1) Please pray with us for those new converts and all born again campers that they may grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.

2) Please pray with us that the Lord will provide the needs for us to conduct Summer Camps next year in 2016 –  in many different places in Myanmar.

Summer Sunday School/Youth Camp at Sialthawzaang, Tonzan Township:

The Summer Youth Camp was held at Sialthawzang, Tonzan Township, Chin State from March 25-29, 2015. The Camp was attended by around 170. There were four separate classrooms we had for the campers – two rooms for Salvation class, one room for Christian Life, and another room for Sunday School program. There are 58 children in Sunday School class. By God’s grace, 9 people from the Salvation class accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord! We pray and plan to hold Summer Youth Camp in Kale next summer in 2016.

Summer Sunday School Camp at Yee-tho:

This camp was held at Yes-tho village, Irrawaddy Division from April 13-17, 2015. 120 children attended. Ms. June Rose and Ms. Sah Eh She (alumni of SEABC) and some other local Sunday School teachers led the camp. As the Gospel was clearly and powerfully preached to those children, 40 of them accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord! Hallelujah! Please pray with us for the spiritual growth of those new converts and that many more children from this village will come to Christ.

Summer Sunday School/Youth Camp at Pale:

This camp was held in Pale, Yangon Division from April 13-16, 2015. The Camp was attended by 150 people (including 60 Sunday School children). The Youth group was divided into three groups and the Sunday School children were also divided into three groups. Ms. Lydia En Cing (a lecturer of SEABC), 6 alumni of SEABC and 6 Christian workers led the camp. There were different classrooms such as Salvation Class, Christian Life Class, etc. By God’s grace, around 30 campers accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. And many of them (already born again Christians) enjoyed the camp and were strengthened and edified by attending the camp.

Summer Sunday School Camp at Htan Pin Kong:

This camp was held at Htan Pin Gone, Yangon Division from March 12-14, 2015). The camp was attended by 40 children. Ms. Lydia En Cing (a lecturer of SEABC), Ms. Nuam Pi (alumni of SEABC) and Ms. Ziau Pi (local Sunday School teacher) successfully led the Camp. All the campers enjoyed attending the camp. By God’s grace, 5 of them clearly understood the Gospel and accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Praise the Lord!
